| Getting wired up for my interview |
I made this video to document my experience during my TV book interview (for Carve out Your Niche) and to share the action with my blog followers. As an author, or future author, promotion must always be a high priority in your writing career.

Making this video serves two purposes:
1. It takes authors through the steps of doing a television interview, demystifying the process, and;
2. It shows another angle for book promotion, by not letting an opportunity pass by to record something unique and useful that you can share with others on your blog page and YouTube page.
Be sensitive to opportunities to make a video
You should be the habit of recording everything that provides useful information. Besides the promotional value of the interview itself, the backstage video provides the alert author with a useful video that he can share with others.
So instead of only one having video, with only a little more effort, you have two videos.
